Viewing Uplink Messages in Salesforce

Uplink is the perfect companion for Salesforce and opens up the most popular channel for communication: text messaging. Adding Uplink as a tool is an effective way of leveraging the ease of mobile communication to grow your business and strengthen your relationships.

As we developed Uplink, one of our goals was to deeply integrate Uplink with Salesforce. We know how important it is to be able to track each lead’s progress as they move through the conversion funnel, so you’ll be pleased to know that all your Uplink communications are visible right from within Salesforce.

  1. In Salesforce, search for the Contact or Lead whose Uplink conversations you’d like to see.

  1. Open the Contact’s or Lead’s profile.
  2. Navigate to the Uplink component.
Note: If you use Salesforce Classic, Uplink will be a tab. If you use Salesforce Lightning, Uplink will be a section of the profile.
  1. View the Uplink messages exchanged with the Contact or Lead.
